As a sales director for Manhattan’s leading firm, Shannon has collaborated on some of the most successful luxury new developments in Manhattan and the Brooklyn waterfront. Passionate about her job, Shannon has achieved record-breaking neighborhood prices and assisted her clients in achieving over $500 million in sales.

Cameron is a knowledgeable and experienced real estate assistant. Cameron was raised in the real estate industry with his mom, a local broker for over 35 years and his dad who was a contractor. With family in both real estate and construction he has a vast knowledge of the real estate market. Cameron is known for his attention to detail and excellent communication skills. He was born in San Diego and raised in Solana Beach. He has a strong connection to the local real estate market of North County San Diego and knows all the good spots. In his free time you will find him surfing the beautiful beaches or on the pickleball courts.

Prior to working as the Marketing Director for Tim Van Damm & Associates, she oversaw all the marketing for a Top Business Intelligence & Output Management Software Company in Boston. She has a double major in Marketing and Business Administration with emphasis in Electronic Commerce from USD. Having grown up in Rancho Santa Fe for most of her life, Cecilia has a unique perspective of the luxury home market. She loves statistics, design and technology.
